About the Chef

Janet “Jai” West

Our chef has cooked for 35 years, from Atlanta to Portland, Oregon, and back home to Augusta, where she has run two restaurants of her own. She was a featured chef at the Coco Wine and Culinary Festival and a private chef for Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen.
